We stayed 3 nights here, however it was a comfortable experience. The personnel was fantastic friendly and affable. Location was great, especially for visiting Playa del Muelle Fishing Pier, located near the venue

Fantastic Location: The aparthotel in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, next to the famous Plaza del Charco and the beach, was the perfect base for exploring this beautiful corner of the island.

Minor Pest Issue: We stayed in a room where we encountered a few cockroaches during our stay. While it didn't ruin our overall experience, it was a slight inconvenience having to be mindful of leaving food out and constantly checking for any unwelcome visitors.

Cosy apartment with very good facilities at a moderate distance from a modern lighthouse. Very good services at great prices. Bed was comfortable. Excellent bar was available. Extremely pleasant rooms, fab location.

Had big bed and wake-up service. Its private bathrooms with a bath were nice...

It was perfect and best possible close to everything you will need. Employees were especially helpful all the time. Reasonable prices were a bonus.

Best possible setting, warm rooms, everything was very good. Satisfied with kitchen, balcony, as example available. We stayed not far from Tenerife Norte airport, 30 km.

The location in the center is great, with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the beach is also not far away. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the balcony was a nice addition with a table and chairs. The kitchenette, although small, was stocked with all the necessary cookware and appliances.

We had a great stay at this centrally located hotel. Apartamentos Park Plaza was a fantastic choice for us as it was right in the center of everything. We loved the fact that we could easily explore the town on foot, with various restaurants and bars just around the corner. the beach was also conveniently close by. we enjoyed the nearby Plaza Charco and the central bus station, both within a short 10-minute walk. There were also two large, affordable supermarkets close by, making it convenient for us to grab food and drinks. We especially loved the small but hot swimming pool on the top roof, which had sunbeds for relaxation. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist us. we had a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience at Apartamentos Park Plaza. the room was clean and close to everything I needed. the location was perfect, near the beach, natural pools, and plenty of shops and restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions or concerns. the pool was clean and a nice place to relax. the hotel may not be brand new, but it is great value for the money. Plus, there is a small kitchenette with a fridge, which was convenient. for a small fee, I was able to get a room with a balcony, which was perfect for me as a smoker. I was more than satisfied with my stay and even extended it by an extra 2 nights. Cons: It was all superb! 😊.

The prime location adjacent to Tenerife with ingredients from all the Canary Islands and the city center is fantastic. Everyone at the apartment was genuinely helpful and professional. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. Had a nice coffee at Compostelana Club Cafe, located just a 5-minute walk away.

There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the bus station was only a 5-minute walk away. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any inquiries we had. the pool was clean and refreshing, and despite the hotel not being very new, it offered great value for the money. the small kitchenette in the room was a nice touch, complete with a fridge, and for a small additional fee, we could upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was perfect for us as smokers.

The noise levels in the hotel were quite high, with live music until midnight and garbage trucks in the morning. Earplugs would definitely come in handy.
